ARK has become a recognized leader in the

being used by teams in all divisions of collegiate athletics,
as well as club and high school sports programs across the
United States. The ARK editing and scouting software is Windows
XP compatible and allows uses to store over 15 full
games on a single laptop.

coaching systems. We have over hundreds of systems in the
field in various sports. This dedication to coaching systems

ARK Digital Systems was founded
in 1997 as Scout Systems. ARK provides powerful coaching tools
for video and statistical analysis that are easy to use and
affordable at every level. ARK makes it possible for programs
to have a multi-station networked coaching system at a fraction
of the cost of larger competitors. ARK's systems are also
used by National Champions in Softball, Volleyball and Soccer.

Support
We now offer online training and customer support to all clients.
Our online support allows our tech staff to view any settings
on your computer, make changes, add updates, and troubleshoot
without having to send someone to you, or having you send
your equipment to us. We can see exactly what you see and
make any adjustments on the fly! |

Support Features
- Telephone
Support: is offered for staff
during as well as after ARK’s normal
working hours. ARK’s technical staff
is ready to handle any support question
from System Operations to Hardware troubleshooting.
Telephone access is 24 hours on weekdays
with emergency weekend coverage from 7am
to 7pm PST. Client will be given three
contact numbers for three separate individuals
in the event of an emergency.
- Swap-out:
For programs using multiple laptops, often
another laptop on the network can be swapped
out to do the job until a replacement
or repair can occur. It’s a good
security blanket.
- Annual
Free Retraining: We know the
coaching world has unpredictable changes.
Staff come and go from year to year. To
help you get the most out of your system,
ARK will retrain any new memebers of your
support staff for free as long as you
are a client.
- Periodic
Maintenance: While the staff
will be shown a few general Windows maintenance
schedules, an ARK representative will
schedule a maintenance call to your campus
with each of the programs using the system(s)
at least two key times during the year.
This time can be used to train/re-train
personnel, as well as run a complete system
check including defragmenting drives.
